Avon's Sales Leadership rewards those people who not only sell Avon products, but who also recruit, train and support others in their quest to do the same. As your team grows, so will your commission rates. (Currently you start earning at 2% of your team's sales, but this increases to 12% the more team members you recruit). You have the opportunity to earn a fast start bonus at the outset too. There are 4 levels: Sales Leader, Advanced Sales Leader, Executive Sales Leader and Senior Executive Sales Leader.

Sales Leadership can be available to you for just one small registration payment of £25. This is not paid up front, but instead is deducted from your Avon earnings. You will receive a business pack and all things necessary to get you started and full on-going support from your Sales Leader or Area Sales Manager.
