Being an Avon Representative means earning excellent earnings from selling quality products backed by a 90 day guarantee to friends, family and your community.

You will be given everything you need to get started, including free brochures and order forms, and full training and support will be given by either a local Sales Leader or an Avon Area Sales Manager. How many hours you work and your method of selling is pretty much up to you. There are two earning levels. As long as you meet the minimum order value (currently £75) you will earn up to 20% on all your sales. If you reach the next earning level (currently £140) you can earn up to 25% of your sales. How much you earn depends on you. The earnings are unlimited. You also get the opportunity to buy new products in advance of them being available to the general public. These are known as demonstration products and are available at a reduced price to representatives only. This gives you the chance to try and then recommend or demonstrate them to your customers, thereby helping increase your potential sales. There are 18 different brochures (known as Campaigns) per year that come out usually every three weeks.

President's Club is Avon's way of recognising its top sellers. There are many benefits such as discounted brochures and products, a dedicated service line and an invitation to a regional Gala Dinner where representatives can meet each other, swap ideas, and where their success is acknowledged.

It costs just £15 to become a representative and unlike virtually every other company, this is not paid up-front. Avon understands that you will want to see results from your sales as soon as possible so instead the fee is split over your first and second Campaigns.
