My Story

I worked as a Civil Servant in Merseyside and North Wales for 25 years until I resigned in 2006. Since working with Avon I have now created my own thriving business - and I have the satisfaction of knowing that it's all down to my hard work. Because of its flexibility, I am also able to combine it with my writing career. I am both an Avon Representative and member of their President's Club (which rewards Avon's top sellers) and also a Sales Leader. Over the past year I have trained and managed representatives ranging from those who have wanted to run their own business full time like me, to those who want to sell just to friends and family. It really is that flexible. The choice is entirely your own.

Basically there are 2 choices available to you.

1. To become an Avon Representative (this is the way most of us come into contact with Avon - it is the famous 'Avon lady' (or man!) who sells the quality products to customers.)

2. To become a Sales Leader (This is a new business opportunity whereby you can not only sell the products themselves, but also recruit, train and motivate your own team of representatives and consequently earn commission through their sales too.)
